From January 17 to 18, Wang Dengshann, Director of the Biogas Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, led a group of 5 people to FFRC for investigation and exchange. Xu Pao, Director of FFRC, Zhu Jian, member of the Party Committee and Chief of the Division of Research of FFRC, warmly welcomed Director Wang Dengshan.

Director Xu Pao gave a detailed introduction to the development of FFRC to Director Wang Dengshan, and exchanged views on the construction of the center's scientific research system, management mechanism, construction ideas for the “14th Five-Year Plan”, and new ideas and methods for international cooperation in the “post-epidemic era”. Director Wang Dengshan introduced the development history of the Biogas Institute, and hoped to cooperate with FFRC in areas such as interdisciplinary fields, foreign aid training, talent capacity building, and journal operation, so as to achieve resource sharing and common development.

During the visit, Director Wang Dengshan and his group also inspected the FFRC’s educational training, scientific research and experimental facilities and equipment, and carried out the filming of teaching videos on sustainable development of agriculture and food security system construction.
