On January 27, FFRC held the 2021 Annual Summing-up Meeting to comprehensively summarize the center's work in 2021, study and deploy key tasks in 2022. Director Xu Pao, Director of the center, made a work report, and Ge Xianping, Secretary of the Party Committee of the center, presided over the meeting.
At the meeting, Director Xu Pao made a work report, comprehensively summed up the achievements of the center in 2021, analyzed the current opportunities, challenges and problems, and made the deployment of the key tasks in 2022.
The meeting pointed out that 2021 is the first year of implementing the “14th Five-Year Plan” and marching toward the new journey of the second century, as well as the 100th anniversary of the founding of CPC, and an important year for the effective connection between the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization. Over the past year, under the correct leadership of the Leading Party Group of Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences and the strong support of relevant departments, all the staff of the center worked together to eliminate the influence of extreme adverse factors such as COVID-19 epidemic, and solidly carried out scientific research and various work, and made new achievements.
The meeting also emphasized on the Party construction and restrict corruption, safe production, epidemic prevention and control during the Spring Festival, and commended relevant collectives and individuals.
