On March 10 -12, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the National Metrology Certification Agricultural Review Group organized experts to FFRC for the first on-site review of the qualification of being an inspection and testing agency.

In accordance with the requirements of the on-site review procedures of the “Evaluation of the Qualification Recognition of Inspection and Testing Agencies” (RB/T 214-2017), the expert team conducted a comprehensive assessment and review from the aspects of quality system, organizational structure, personnel composition, instruments and equipment, testing work, inspection report and environmental conditions.

After a series of strict reviews, the expert team all agreed that FFRC has a sound quality system, reasonable organizational structure, clear job responsibilities and authority, and has the inspection and testing capabilities of all declared parameters, and agreed to pass the on-site review.

As the person in charge of the inspection and testing agency, Director Xu Pao introduced the construction and overall operation of the inspection and testing agency to the review expert group in detail. Deputy Director Xu Gangchun said that FFRC will continue to uphold the truth-seeking and pragmatic working attitude, issue objective, fair, accurate and scientific technical data for all sectors of society, and provide better detection data support for fishery scientific and technological innovation and green and high-quality industrial development.
