On August 29-30, Yang Hong, Chief Scientist of the National Characteristic Freshwater Fish Industry Technology System and Researcher of FFRC, led the expert group of the system to Beijing to conduct working report and exchange.
In the Department of Science, Technology and Education, the expert group visited Zhang Kai, system liaison and first-level consultant, and reported on the completion of key tasks such as technological innovation, experimental demonstration and emergency services in the characteristic freshwater fish system around the technical needs of the whole industry chain, and the work results in promoting the deep integration of the system and the industry. And the expert group sincerely invite Consultant Zhang Kai to participate in the activities such as the system’s technology demonstration, science and technology-enterprise docking, promoting county economic development, rural revitalization mission, etc. in the whole industry chain to improve the contact and communication mechanism.
At the National Fisheries Technology Extension Center (China Society of Fisheries), Chief Scientist Yang Hong reported on the work results of the National Characteristic Freshwater Fish System in construction management, scientific and technological innovation, county economic development, science and technology-enterprise docking, scientific and technological assistance, and emergency disaster response. Director Cui Lifeng (Secretary-General) of the National Fisheries Technology Extension Center affirmed the achievements made by the system since its establishment and its role in promoting the industry. Deputy Director Hu Honglang (Deputy Secretary-General) and Deputy Director Yu Xiujuan respectively expressed their hopes for the cooperation between the Center and the system in joint breeding, variety approval, technology demonstration, industrial research and publicity.
In addition, the expert group also had in-depth exchanges with Cui He, President of China Aquatic Products Processing and Marketing Alliance, and Wang Xueguang, Executive Secretary-General. The two sides also discussed in detail cooperation in industry research, industry reports, and regional brand building.
