Recently, Researcher Dong Zaijie of the Freshwater Fisheries Research Center was invited to serve as a member of the editorial board of the journal Scientific Data, a journal under the Nature Publishing House.

Scientific Data was officially launched in 2014 and indexed by SCI in the same year. In 2022, the JCR partition is located in Q1 with an impact factor of 9.8. Submissions include, but are not limited to, data from the life sciences, biomedical, and environmental sciences communities, but also consider quantitative datasets from the social sciences, with a particular preference for integrated analysis data that cross traditional disciplines such as life sciences, biomedicine, environmental, and social sciences.

Researcher Dong Zaijie has been engaged in quantitative genetics and molecular genetics research for a long time, and has rich experience in the processing, analysis and application of scientific data, and has published articles in Scientific Data in 2019 and has reviewed manuscripts for the journal many times.
