On September 18, 2018, the “Seminar on Agricultural Production and Fisheries Development for Portuguese-speaking Countries” and the “Seminar on Fisheries Development and Management for Latin America, the Caribbean and the South Pacific” sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and organized by FFRC were successfully closed. 39 fishery officials from Brazil, Portugal, Mozambique and Sao Tome and Principe, Guyana, Costa Rica, Grenada, Cuba, Antigua and Barbuda, Suriname successfully completed the study, among which 4 fishery officials were awarded the trophy of outstanding participants.
The successful completion of the seminar, while sharing the experience of China and helping countries improve the management level of the agricultural and fishery industry, effectively served the “Belt and Road” construction with “peace, prosperity, openness, green, innovation and civilization” and is of great significance to the human common community establishment.
