On November 18, FFRC held a seminar on the implementation of key technology innovation and application of large-scale breeding and healthy aquaculture and processing of Aplodinotus grnniens fry in Jiangyin Station. Director Yu Xiangyang, Chief Luo Hairong, Jiangsu Provincial Agricultural Science and Technology Independent Innovation Project Management Office, and Director Xu Pao of FFRC attended the seminar.

Chief expert Xu Pao reported to the expert group the research background, existing foundation, research objectives and significance of the project, and focused on the specific implementation plan content and technical route. The expert group spoke highly of the breakthrough achievements made by FFRC in the artificial breeding technology of Aplodinotus grnniens, and put forward relevant suggestions from different professional angles such as breeding, aquaculture and processing.

Director Xu Pao expressed his gratitude to Jiangsu Provincial Agricultural Science and Technology Independent Innovation Project Management Office for its strong support for this project, and requested the project team to further refine the project implementation plan in accordance with the important suggestions put forward by the expert team, establish a self-evaluation mechanism for project annual performance, and formulate the work plan for the next step to ensure high-quality completion of the project and early transformation of the achievements.
